Yep, so Matt Damon was here shooting a few scenes for his new movie The Informant. All I could really think of most of the time he was here was the famous "I'm fucking Matt Damon" song. I couldn't help but whistle it as I walked along the upper walkway right above where they were shooting the film. What was really funny was the fact that this is suppoed to be a winter scene so the props guys were out there with a snow machine trying to make snow, what they got were melted compact puddles of ice around the dead tree props. I dunno, maybe it's supposed to look that way, needless to say the blooming flowers and bright green trees in the background might give away the actual time of year.

Finally, my most anticipated wii game is here! As a fan since the original snes version, I was really looking forward to the next mario kart while everyone else was getting wet over Super Smash Brothers: Brawl. What I received was somewhat of a disappointment, as well as infuriating at times. However, it is still Mario Kart, and there is still some fun to be had.

Iron Man the movie is the first film from the newly formed in house Marvel Enterprises movie studio (the rest of the Marvel films like, Spider Man, Daredevil, etc. have been under Columbia Pictures) and what a debut it is. The film blew me away, completely passing my expectations (which were pretty high) and was such a success fiscally speaking that Marvel has announced four more films: Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America – The First Avenger, and The Avengers. After hearing this and speaking with some friends I realized that not everyone who saw the movie will understand all the nuances and hints that are in it, so here is the guide to some of the stuff a non comic book person would have missed.
