It looks like the cause was being lost in the desert. He went out there to camp and took only minmial supplies. Apparently his bike ran out of gas and he decided to walk back. It looks like he underestimated how far from society he was and just didn't make it (temp was estimated at 115 degrees).

That's a real bummer. I remember seeing him fight at Haus's once.

You know what's real sad? The minute I saw the article that said UFC Star Dead, I immediately pointed to early death from 'roids and PED's, or OD. It's sad that PED's, Roids, and drugs have reached those kinds of levels in sports, that when you think early death, you think of that.
