Here's my prediction on this fight. Brock won't just bull in and toss Randy around. We saw in the Herring fight that, while he did dominate the fight, he didn't land anything damaging after that first punch. He was cautious. I think he will be even more cautious against Randy. Randy will take advantage of this, and either submit him after frustrating him, or win a decision.

Also, if Brock gets Randy on his back, it isn't as if Randy can't get out of that situation. If Randy gets brock down, then the fight is over. Also, Randy's experience adds intangibles you can't account for. I have the same feeling going into this one as I did with Anderson Silva vs Dan Henderson. Stylistically, I thought Henderson should win a decision. But for some reason, I just thought Silva would be able to weather the storm and take him out.

I do think I'm a bit bold on predictions for this event. I also have Nate Quarry beating Maia, because of Maia's poor wrestling and gas tank.

What were the points from last event? I still can't believe Mir came in and beat Nog's ass like that. I didn't give him a chance in hell of pulling that win out. Also sucks Rampage KOd Wanderlei. It didn't really shock me too much given how close the second fight was, but I still thought Wanderlei was going to pull it out.

Not totally sure, but I think you had like 17 points and I had 39. I called the Forrest/Rashad fight exactly. I also picked Rampage, I wanted Wandy to win but I thought Rampage's new boxing skill set would help it a lot, I didn't think it would end that fast though.

As for Mir/Nog, all I got is wow, I don't think anyone called that.

lame, i somehow only picked 5 fights. I was back and forth on the Forrest/Rashad fight. I changed my mind a few times on that one. I figured either Rashad would catch him, or Forrest would outwork him. But I'm annoyed now that I forgot to pick the double point fight. That was the biggest gimme of a double point pick ever. I wasn't shocked at Wanderlei getting KOd. People always point out the brutal KO in the second fight, but Rampage was winning that fight until Silva landed a huge punch in the second. Mir vs Nog shocked me more than any other fight, though. Maybe GSP/Serra was more shocking, but at least with GSP/Serra I was of a mindset that Serra could beat him (on the ground, but still). But Mir was never ever going to (t)ko Nog, wasn't going to sub him, and had such piss poor cardio that a 5 round decision was out of the question. I seriously thought there was no way in hell he'd win that fight. Then he comes in and DESTROYS Nog.

Next event is Hendo/Franklin. Didn't we bet like $10 on that one?
