Shiki - Complete the first week
Joshua - Complete the second week
Beat - Complete the third week
Rhyme - Collect all items
Rhyme Noise Form - Complete noise list
Mr. Hanekoma - Collect all of the secret reports
Bonus Scene - Collect all secret reports (Hint: Get the one in the "Another Day" chapter)
Chapter Selection - Finish the game
"Another Day" Chapter - Finish the game
Ultimate Difficulty - After finishing the game, go to "A New Day" chapter and head to Shiba-Q headquarters. On the third floor you'll be able to purchase ultimate difficulty as a quest item.
View Total Playtime - Hold L+R on the save screen
Easy Pin Points - Save your game, then set your DS ahead 1 week, and reload. You can do this over and over again to get quick and easy pin points.
